Kirman rugs are very high quality and consider a king of the hand knotted room size rug. IT IS A SIGN OF GOOD TASE AND WEALTH TO HAVE THIS KIND OF RUG IN YOUR HOME. This rug is semi antique and in my opinion is unique in its style condition and quality. Room size rugs are Persian weavers pride and they spent almost a 6 months to a year to make one room size rug due the recent fall in the hand knotted rug market these rugs going for so little other wise this rug is worth $1000s in the retail market. This rug has 180 kpsi made with fine wool on cotton base. Considering its age the rug is in good condition but do expect the normal age wear. Good luck
