Gorgeous auburn painted molded hair frames the beautiful face of this excellent condition all-original Patsy. Marked “Effanbee // Patsy // Pat. Pend. // Doll” on her back, Patsy's composition and paint have beautiful coloring with no crazing (right thigh has some touch-up w paint was flaking) and only tiny flakes off her right finger-sides). Her dreamy hazel hand-painted eyes are perfect and bright, tiny one-stroke eyebrows arch above, finely painted upper lashes, and her plump cheeks are rosy (tiny paint rubs across back of hair). Patsy wears her original silky tricot chemise cream, palest-pink leattte side-snap shoes and pink rayon knit socks to finish the outfit. She’s such a sweet and delightful all-original Patsy; from original-owner, non-smoking home.
