Sizes range from approx 1" diameter to just over 1-1/2" diameter Conditions: ALL are in MINT, NEVER used condition!! These are all attached to cellophane envelopes which read: " BOTTLE CAP SAMPLES SMITH-LEE CO., INC. ONEIDA, N.Y." and " MID-WEST BOTTLE CAP CO. BELVIDERE, ILLINOIS". What you are seeing in the photograph are 14 individual caps attached to 5 of these type envelopes. 12 of these are made of the hard cardboard style and 3 are printed examples on thin paper (but the paper ones have more than 1 behind each other, apx 3 each, which is what the " + " in the title is referring to). These are all advertising "LINCOLN HIGHWAY DAIRY DELPHOS, OHIO PH. 4881". All but 3 of them have a picture of Abraham Lincoln along with a country scene, complete with older style car reflective of that time period. It is REALLY something when you read these caps too as they show the milk had 3.5% BF (butter-fat) even clear up to 10% BF!!! So, my, how things have changed!! Please email w/any questions.
