Fourteen never used 22" x 22" Irish Linen Double Damask napkins remained in tissue paper and boxed for over 50 years waiting for the perfect moment. They were recently monogrammed in antique gold and kiwi silk thread for a very special event. These graced the table w elite from all over the world came to celebrate. After being used just once, and then meticulously laundered - they wait - in boxed tissue paper - again - for their new destiny. Important : Eight have rose medallions and Six have a similar corresponding rose pattern, but with a bit more elaborate border. Color, size and texture are all the same superior Irish Linen. Like some high end kitchens, some quality things are not meant to "perfectly match." These match beautifully; However, they are not identical. Eight are identical; Six are identical; All fourteen appear the same on the buffet or table. Retail value is near $300 because of the pristine condition, and the elaborate 3 1/2" by 2 1/2" monogrammed (S). The sheen is soft and silky to the touch, but they are a substantial weight due to their quality. T are no visible stains, holes or thin areas. Even though I see no fault with them, I am selling them "AS IS." Shipping and Handling in the USA is $10. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS ARE WELCOME WITH PAYPAL.
