An outstanding 14 piece sterling silver dresser set in Birks "Patricia Engraved" pattern which dates to 1925. All pieces have the gorgeous laurel wreath and ribbon cartouche and are monogrammed "G". All pieces are stamped "Sterling Silver" and "Birks". The pieces are: (1) Mirror - 12 ¾" long (5 ½" handle), 4 ¾" across. Inset beveled mirror behind a sterling 'frame' so the glass can be easily replaced if broken or cracked. (2) and (3) Identical brushes. 10 ½" long ( 4 ¾" handles) with excellent bristles on both. (4) Hat/collar brush - 5 ¾" x 1 ½", very thick, soft (perfect) bristles. (5) Military brush - 7 ¼" x 2 ¼" with excellent bristles. (6) Faux tortoiseshell comb in sterling silver sleeve. 8" long - perfect condition. (7) Powder jar (WOW!!!). An extremely heavy, absolutely gorgeous AB glass powder jar. 4 ½" across, 3" tall, 14" circumference. 16 point star on base. Deep cut star and diamond pattern on body. The sterling silver lid is 3 ¾" across and ¾" deep. It has a double rolled rim and slight dome to the vermeil-lined lid. The glass is perfect, t is a very light, fine line on the lid. (8) Identical hair receiver in perfect condition. Same slight dome to lid, vermeil lined, heavy deep cut glass - a stunner. (9) Scissors - 4 ¼" long (2" sterling handles) (10) Tweezers - 6 ½" long (4" sterling handle) (11) Cuticle tool - 5 ½" long (4" sterling handle) (12) Nail file - 7 ¾" long (4" sterling handle) (13) Corset/boot hook 8" long (4" sterling handle) (14) Shoe horn 9" long (4" sterling handle). All pieces are in perfect condition except the one slight line on the powder jar lid. T are no chips, cracks or foggy glass parts. No silver dings, pings or dents. Fantastic "puffy" handles on all pieces. This is an absolutely amazing dresser set. Double boxed shipping within the USA will be $18.95.
