14 Pcs Vtg JOHNSON BROTHERS Old Britain Castles ENGLAND We always feature a distinctive vintage selection , so please take a moment to look at our other items in the scroll. This week, we are offering several pieces of Johnson Brothers vintage china, made in England. You may find something you need to extend your existing set just in time for the holidays. This listing is for Old Britain Castles (Pink), the following pieces: 5 9-7/8" dinner plates: Blarney Castle in 1792 3 cups (design in): Kenilworth in 1792 3 saucers: Kenilworth in 1792 2 square soup bowls: City of Exterin in 1792 1 9" oval vegetable bowl: Ragland Castle in 1792 All of the pieces which carry back stamps DO have the CROWN mark (cups do not have back stamps). A photo of the back stamp has been added below the blue box. Condition: Good pre-owned vintage condition . One very small chip in each of 2 dinner plates. No other cracks. No crazing. T are normal use utensil marks, and we will not refund for utnsil marks because it is stated in the listing. Age: This back stamp was discontinued in 1930 . BONUS: On Thursday, October 1, we sweetened the pot by adding this ROYAL STAFFORDSHIRE Mini Sauce Boat designed by Clarice Cliff in the TONQUIN pattern. Pink and white scene of sailboat on river next to manor house with swans, flowers, houses in distance. 3" high X 5-1 /2" long over handle. Made in England. NOT Old Britain Castles, but would work well with it. This item has been added AT NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST. Photos will appear below, outside the blue box. Condition: Very good pre-owned vintage condition . No chips or cracks. Some minor crazing on the inside, as well as a small red factory mark.
