I am pleased to offer you this old Effanbee "Patricia" doll in need of a little TLC. Incised on the back is "Effanbee Patricia". I do not know the past history but reference tells me the Patsy dolls were made in 1928 on. I will describe her the best I can with any Flaws. Measures 14" tall being all composition, strung fine jointed at the neck, arms and legs with all fingers intact. Paint wear, scuffs, some crazing throughout. Lovely face with open and close blue green sleepy eyes that work fine, left eye shows a line crack, retains human hair lashes on her eye lids, she has a closed painted Patsy mouth. Her eyebrows have been "re-painted", possibly restoration is needed here, not a very good paint job. Nice color blush on her face I do not see any cracks on her head. Orig dark blonde wig is worn and a little sparse throughout the back. "Patricia" wears a vintage blue dress with white floral lace trim, there is a label in this dress that says "Vogue Dolls". She wears pantaloons and black shoes. I have taken plenty of photos. Please look at my photos they will serve as part of this description.
