In this auction there are 14 vintage locks with no working keys, and normal wear and tear (scratches, dirt and dings) for locks of this age. Let’s start with the HURDS, made in Detroit, USA. These locks are solid brass with steel shackles. Four (4) have the turning flap to protect the key hole and four (4) do not. There are 7 locks that are 2-3/8” tall 1-5/8” wide 3/4” thick and the 8 th is 3-1/4” tall 2” wide 3/4” thick. One of the smaller locks show heavy scratches and scrapes, (please refer to the pictures). Next we have two (2) YALE locks also solid brass with steel shackle, made in the USA. First one is 3” tall 2” wide 1” thick and second is 3-1/4” tall 2” wide 3/4” thick. The other four (4) are also solid brass and steel shackle and all the same size, 2-7/8” tall 1-3/4” wide 7/8” thick. There are two (2) BEST locks made in USA, one of the BEST locks show gouges in the top of the body, (please refer to the pictures) one (1) CORBIN and one WB which both were made in the USA.
