Art Nouveau 14K gold brooch in the shape of Medusa. The wings are applied with kelly green enamel and decorated with diamonds. The center is adorned with European-cut diamond and both sides of it are decorated with graduated Rose-cut diamonds. The head of the Medusa is also decorated with Rose-cut diamonds. The back is marked with French Eagle head mark and initials what looks like EB. The back also has a hook so the brooch can be worn with a pendant or lapel watch if desired. Excellent Condition, no damage to the enamel, no missing stones. Dimensions: Width: 1 3/8" or 34mm Height: 7/8" or 22mm European-cut diamond: 3mm (approx. 0.100 ct) Check out my other items !
