OLD EUROPEAN CUT DIAMOND SOLITAIRE PENDANT VS-1 G-H NR Up for auction, and FOR THE LAST TIME , I am offering an AMAZING .35 carat Full Cut Old European (OEC) Diamond set in a 14K Solid Yellow Gold basket style 4-prong custom made pendant mounting. This item is from my personal collection! This cut of diamond was prominent and favored in the Art Nouveau / Art Deco era prior to the introduction of the Modern Round Brilliant Cut (RBC). Many prefer this older cut due to its brilliance, and the unique personality that each OEC offers. These stones were hand cut and have their own special character. What I’m offering here is SPECIAL . I’ll tell you why: Clarity is VS1 (my most important criteria when buying a diamond), Color is G-H (nice and white - no color), Symmetry is Good-Very Good (nice and round), and Cut is Good-Very Good (very lively). It is eye clean as viewed through a 10X loupe, has no chips or scratches to the diamond, and sparkles like crazy! The pendant is clearly stamped on the rabbit ears “14k” as pictured.
