15 th Century Chinese Ming Dynasty Blue on White CloudDragon Bowl
Beautiful cloud dragon stylistic design with flaming pearl and clouds on this Ming Dynasty porcelain bowl. Bowl interior has stylistic flower in center and three blue bands. Blue is classic 15 th century variations of blue. Stylized mark on base which is a factory name. The mark indicates that this was a finer decorated piece. Tall foot rim typical of the period. Bowl is in near perfect condition with one rim chip. Very nice condition for a piece at least 500 years old. Dimensions: Rim Diameter 13.3 cm (5 ¼ inches), Foot Diameter 6.2 cm (2 ½ inches), Height 5.7 cm (2 ¼ inches). If you have any questions or require additional information please call me at .
