This doll is marked on the back of the head with what looks like to be an initial. It is either "F." or "T." It is hard to tell. It is also marked Germany and 1918 underneath the initial. The head and shoulder plate as well as the hands and arms are made of bisque. The rest of the body is kid. She has brown glass eyes that do not open and close. She is in beautiful condition for her age. Face and head are not cracked anyw She is approximately 16 inches tall. No bad smells or odors. Pleas e ask questions about any details not covered in my description. Please not that I have not removed the clothing from the doll to check the body. Clothing has been sewn on and I would not want to accidently damage anything by undressing the doll. From a smoke free environment. Paypal Only. Payment due within 48 hours of end of auction. It has been brought to my attention that this doll could possibly be a reproduction since it is so clean. I have no way of knowing whether or not it is a reproduction. The only date is 1918, so that is why I am listing it as an antique.
