Auction is for a very nice 164-card 1972 Topps Football starter set. 164 different cards with tons of stars, great rookies, etc. T is a Roger Staubach RC (BV $175), Jim Plunkett RC, Joe Greene, Charlie Joiner RC, Johnny Unitas Pro Action, OJ Simpson, Dick ButkusGene Upshaw RC, Fran Tarkenton, etc. This is a very clean lot as well, snow white borders, sharp focus, original gloss and nice corners and edges. I got these in a deal and it looks like someone broke apart a set that has not been touched since 1972. If you are looking to build a very nice 1972 set this is a great place to start.
