It's a typical Dare kit of outstanding quality. The kit includes all laser cut parts , full size plans, instructions, landing gear wire, hardware, excellent contest quality sheet and strip balsa wood, etc. The kit also includes a beautifully engineered set of vacuum-formed parts, which include cowlings, gun turrets, and more. This kit was designed for modelers with some kit building experience. All the formed parts have been laser cut for ease of construction and a great savings of build time. The wood quality is as good as you'll ever find in a kit. The photo of the Dare DC-6 shows the typical construction of Dare models - this is true for the B-17 as well.
