INSTITUTIONES IMPERIALIS IURIS CIVILIS ORIGINAL MANUSCRIPT 1722 - 1737 Interesting Latin Law manuscript INSTITUTIONES IMPERIALIS IURIS CIVILIS created in 1722 (see the second picture with the date) on the Instituzioni Imperiali. The date of 1722 is found on the first blank page which bears the dates of 1722-1727 the date in which, perhaps, the first part (222 pages, in Latin) was made. The second part (30 pages, in Italian) bears the date 1737. Despite this, the manuscript may be even older as the date of 1722 was added by an old owner and not the manuscript's writer himself. The binding seems to have the characteristics of those from the second half of the 1600s.Written on good paper and in a fine hand. A few sporadic stains, otherwise a fresh and clean copy of this classic.Original attractive full leather binding with a small piece missing from spine (see photo) Pages: 222 + 30 Complete Size: 9.00 in. x 7.00 in. _____________________ TERMS: High bidder pays for shipping and handling.
