We do not buy those coins so the initial price is always low. I sell the coins only for 6-9 months of the year, when i have time. All the copper coins are cleaned by the old method of the Soviet archeologists (I believe it was common among the others as well), which allows to clean the coin without hands or any mechanical tools. The method is simple - the coins are boiled in sunflower or olive oil. It allows to clean the coins of dirt, sand etc. But if earlier the coins after oil bath was boiled in water and cleaned with de-greasing solutions, we clean the coins of oil in the ultrasound bath, which completely exclude any hand or mechanical contacts. The coins were lost in various conditions, but is the coin was minted for limited time or in huge quantities, those coins have virtual no traces of wear. Also there is unquestionable relation of the coin qualities from the purity of copper. For example - the coins minted during the reign of Peter I, Ekaterina I, Paul I of Alexander I look better then coins minted by later czars - they do not have any traces of wear or corrosion, with rare exception.
