October 13, 1760 Pennsylvania Hand Drawn Land Survey 763 Acre Survey for Proprietary Located in the Warrier's Valley on the northwest side of the Warrier's Ridge and on the south of Tussey Mountain in Cumberland County containing.... Seven Hundred & Sixty Three Acres and the allowance of 6% for roads and survey for the Honorable Proprietaries Aug. 23, 1762 In Pursuant of The Honorable Proprietaries Warrent Bearing the 13th Day of October 1760 Signed by: John Armstrong D.S. (Deputy Surveyor) To: John Lukens, Surveyor General A note at the bottom of the drawing "of this tract the high lands are good but not much meadow ground."
