ESTATE FRESH! WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! 100% Authentic and as listed. We purchased a small estate in the north west corner of Connecticut. In the estate we found 32 bronze medals. Most are 19th century with a small amount dating early 20th century. If you are into collection bronze art medals please see my other auctions. We are open to all fair offers for a buy it now through ebay as long as my reserve is not met. None of the medals have wear or damage. If t are any issues with a medal it will be stated in the listing. We do have a few very rare and desirable medals on ebay from this collection so please do not fall asleep on these lots. Major General Anthony Wayne Stony Point Bronze Medal, I do not know the Julian number. It is Bronze and measures, 55.5 mm. It weighs 76 grams. Dies by GATTEAUX . Obverse side of the medal is the representation of a crowned Indian Queen, with a quiver on her back, and wearing a short feather apron making two presentations to General Wayne. With her right hand she is presenting him a wreath of victory; in her left hand a mural crown. Over the figures is the legend: " Antonio Wayne Duci Exercitus" and beneath "Comitia Americana — The American Congress to General Anthony Wayne".
