You are bidding on a rare and very beautiful 225 year old genuine antique hand colored map of the above region and year. This map is NOT a copy or reproduction and is an original antique map from the year shown. General Description: 1. This stunning original map engraving has beautiful vivid hand coloring. It is noteworthy because of its precise engraving, as well as for its size and detail. Political boundaries as well as individual regions/counties and shows towns, roads, railways, rivers, lakes, bays, harbors, islands and other important places. 2. The map is in great condition considering the age of the map. The overall size of the map sheet is approximately 9 inches by 11 inches. The map is far more beautiful than my pictures show. This map will look wonderful when matted and framed and will be a great addition to your collection. 3. The map is a 100% orignal and genuine antique map. 4. All of my maps are investment grade and collectible quality. The value of this original will only increase over time. Many people are now starting to offer cheap reproductions/copies.
