This good old antique would make a great display item in your home. The White Oak wood is in good condition with some cracks. The tin plate is rusted through as you can see in the pictures. T are decorations on one side and the 1788 date and H. D initials on the other. I am sure the date and decorations are good for the time period. Some of the handmade nails are bent some from use and time in the barn and 1 is missing 1" off the tip. It is 221 years old, I hope I look that good after 200 years. They pin hole show up in the pictures. Please look closely. The previous owner put on some kind of sealer.
