1791 ENGLISH STERLING SILVER SERVING FORK SMITH & FEARN Presented is a fine English, Georgian, sterling silver serving fork by George Smith III and William Fearn. This large serving fork was made during the reign of King George III. The fork has a simple rounded antique design with a rounded handle and a tipt back. The serving fork is hallmarked on the reverse with the lion passant for sterling silver, the leopardÂ's head crowned for London, the date letter Â"qÂ" for 1791, and a makerÂ's mark of GS over WF for George Smith III and William Fearn. The condition is excellent. T are no dents, no dings, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs. The serving fork is 11 3/4 inches long. The weight is 118.6 grams or 4.2 ounces.
