This is a 1792 leather-bound book, The Psalms of David, Imitated in the Language of the New Testament and Applied to the Christian State and Worship by I. Watts. LONDON: Printed for J. Bruce & others. 340 pages, 6" x 4" covers. These previous owner names are written on the flyleaf:Jeremiah AtwaterMarch 1, 1797 James MurdockJuly 6, 1812 "J. Murdock " with the text surrounded by a floral design is stamped below the handwritten names. Most pages have tan or brown spots to varying degrees. Pages are toned, all pages appear to be whole and intact, no obvious tears. Binding is very good. No issues with pagination / page order. No missing pages. Original leather hardcovers are worn to the boards at corners and edges. The joints are cracked but still attached to the book. Red leather spine label cover has some wear and has the words "Watts" and "Psalms". Spine cover is creased, worn, with loss at the spine ends and joints. In overall good antiquarian condition..Thanks for looking ! t45
