Antique SILK SATIN FABRIC Spring cleaning sale! Look at Sellers other items for great Deals! ITEM: This is a gorgeous piece of heavy Antique Silk Satin fabric remnant. It was originally part of a victorian wedding Skirt. T are scattered wear spots particularly around the edges but a lot of salvageable portions for small projects. Looks great trimmed with antique lace. It is a great pure silk weave on top with a heavier cotton backing of a quality that is just not made anymore! It is buttery soft and very fluid. The color is a champagne that is not as yellow as it's showing up on my monitor. Color is best in the first picture Fabric has a great silk sheen that make the fabric look silver in certain lights. Would make great wedding dress for a doll or to use to make fabric petals for making antique flower rosette trims abd decorationsMEASUREMENTS: The textile measures approx 45" long and is 18" wide near the middle of the piece with the top being a little narrower and the bottom being wider.FIBERS: Fancy weave with silk on the top and cotton on the bottom.CONDITION: Salvageable condition. Good condition with a wear spots that could be worked around. TERMS OF SALE PAYMENT I accept Personal Checks - money orders - cashiers checks - Most Major Credit Cards thru PayPal . PLEASE ASK! Especially for international buyers. By not prepacking, I can also combine shipping charges if you buy more than one item. I don't try to make money off shipping but sometimes it will seem like you were overcharged (especially if you live close to San Diego California) but t are often times when you will be underchaged as well and I will absorb the costs and not charge you extra either. I try to ship Mondays and Fridays though I have been known to ship the same day I receive payment. check may be held for clearance.~Delivery confirmation tracking will be included on all priority mail shipments. Insurance is optional, however, I will NOT be responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit. International: ~Please understand that the shipping will be higher for items going out of the US, so please email me first to check so t are no shocking surprises. If you are the winner of the item please wait for an invoice from me before paying as I will need to calculate the shipping. Also understand that I will not lie on customs forms BUT I normally check "Other" and fill in "ebay win". And I won't list an item as "Designer gown" if "used clothing" will do.
