I have been collecting Arabian Horse items for well over 40 years..NOW DESPERSING many 1000's of my favorite treasures..the barns and attic..and all rooms are full..I collected most of my life..purchasing everything horse related especially Arabian..even if I already had one like it.. .. Hoping to open an Antique shop with just horse antiques..that did not happen..so am listing now..enjoy..

This is a very unusal old circa 1800's piece by the world famouns AD Schreyer..he is know for his outstanding works of Arabian horses and their desert riders..horsemen..bedouins..and their tasseled bridles and ornate trappings..this image is GUARANTEED over 100 years old..it is framed in a STUNNING old wood frame with detail..and the old mat is outstanding..it has gold highlights and darker accents on a soft old mat..a gold line accents the border of the image..the colors are totally AWESOME with the old image..the visable image is in good condition some rippling in the old paper no visable tears or creases ..this is a beautifully framed old piece that is one of my favorite..overall size is 21 by 17.. IMPRESSIVE..

The sun sets and the Arabs return to the encampment..the lead horse is picking his way through the desert terrain..the black is totally excited from the recent battle..he has energy to burn..high stepping and proud..fully decked out with the royal trapping of the bedouin tribe..
