We consider this to be in Good condition, with n o chips, scratches, stains or repairs

CONDITION NOTE- t is an underglaze tight crack running down from the rim on the interior (see photo- it catches the fingernail but is not visible at the top or on the outside of the pan), minor crazing and typical manufacturing flaws (glaze misses, smears, dark specks, air bubbles, tripod marks)

SHIPPING COST

Domestic buyers; our domestic shipping charge includes postage, coverage against loss or damage, and any necessary packing materials (we do not charge a handling fee for labor). Sales tax in Florida is collected separately. Also, please note that when shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any US possessions), Parcel Post may not be available, and if it is, shipping will take a long time.

International buyers; we ship mostly via Priority Mail International, or First Class Mail International if the item is small and of low value (generally less than US$25.00). Our international shipping charge includes US$4.00 handling per package not per item (including packing materials), the actual postage charge, and any necessary additional protection against loss or damage if the item is expensive (over US$100.00). Per US and International Customs laws, we do not mark any items as "GIFT", we do not discount the value of the item, we do not include the shipping charge as part of the value, and any customs duty, brokerage fees or VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions, including customs related, please contact us prior to bidding.

Discounted Shipping ; for both domestic and international buyers, if you purchase multiple items, it is best to wait before paying until we have consolidated your order and sent you a combined invoice with a single discounted shipping rate.

SHIPPING TIME

Our goal is to have your purchase to the Post Office or other carrier for shipment within three business days of receipt of cleared payment. Often we improve on that. However, actual delivery time will be primarily dependent upon the carrier, the type of delivery service selected, and the distance the package has to travel, all factors which we have no control over. Please do not rate us down because domestic Parcel Post or international delivery takes quite a while.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We allow returns for refund of bid only, from the original buyer, subject to prior mutual transaction cancellation and our inspection. Please contact us via eBay messages to let us know about any returns and to receive a return authorization. We do not offer partial refunds. All returns require our security sticker to be intact, and the returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received and as reported to us. If the return is the result of an error on our part, we also refund domestic shipping. NOTE- We do not refund shipping to or from international destinations for any reason, nor do we refund duty or VAT.
