Offered is a gorgeous original 1800's English wash basin and pitcher set. It is marked on the bottom of both pieces; "Wood & Son Ltd. England". The set measures approximately 18" x 13" overall , the pitcher alone is 12"h x 10"w, the bowl measures 18"l x 16 1/2" x 4 3/4" deep. The color is a white background with turquoise that fades from light to darker, trimmed with a gold edge. The pitcher has an unusual design around the top the looks like ostrich feathers flowing around the edge. Excellent condition, no cracks, minor wear to the color on the top edge and 2 very small old nicks on the outer edge that maybe factory flaws. Fabulous unique shape to the pitcher!
