This is a beautifully carved coconut shell with the words "Recuerdos a Ti" (Regards to You) carved on it. This cup was made from a small perfectly polished coconut shell and etched with fine details of figures, birds and fauna. Every square inch perfectly and finely carved. I have every reason to believe it was done by the same artist who did an even more magnificent piece which I have listed now also, the other one says "Recuerdos de San Juan de Ulua" on it. I have a good history of the other piece written, so please check it out! San Juan de Ulua was the most famous fortress of the Spanish Empire in Veracruz, Mexico and a notorious political prison during the 19th century. Benito Juarez was a prisoner in 1852 t 3 3/4 Inches High Check out my other items ! Thanks for looking
