Very cool old pine chest that is made with huge large pine bards from very old trees. It has the original old makers tag in it still that says "The Eddy Refrigerator. E. Eddy & Sons Co Boston Mass. It is a number * ice chest. This old ice chest dates back to the old days when they would take large chunks of ice off of the northern lakes and distribute them all over the world by ship and buggy. It is a very heavy old ice box that weighs about 150-299 lbs. It stands 28" high and us 46" wide by 26.5" in depth from front to back. A real piece of history from a time long gone by. I'm sure you collectors of these know much more than I can even begin to tell you about it.It will be selling with an opening bid of $5 as do almost all of our auctions, with no reserve price set. Any bid can win!
