PRESENTING A BEAUTIFUL 1800s TIGER OAK CLAWFOOT SIDEBOARD, BUFFET. It features absolutely stunning, Tiger Stripe Quartersawn Oak woods throughout. The deep color & finish is original, really showcasing the beauty of the Tiger Stripe patterns. It has 3 finely made, solid Oak silverware drawers on top with solid Oak banding trim & the orginal brass Key Escutchions & Mortise locks. The Bowfront drawer underneath is extra wide, perfect for tablecloths, pads, etc. Generous storage cabinets below with a wonderful, solid Tiger Oak raised panel inbetween. The curvy side pillars or "legs" are extra thick & all Solid Tiger Oak, transitioning into large, deeply hand carved Tiger Claw/Paw feet. Really nice. The finish has some wear- nicks & dings as can be expected from age & use. Presents very nicely as you can see. All of the turned Oak knobs are original. The drawers are very well made & open/close as they should. Traditional old world construction, very sturdy & built to last for many generations.
