4-page original newspaper in very good condition. Previously bound and cleanly cut from the binding to be microfilmed. VERY Clean, durable and well-preserved newspaper! Approximately 13"x19". This very paper, was owned by John Quincy Adams, then Secretary of State in President James Monroe's Administration - his address can clearly seenin 1820 ink penned at top left of the masthead - "Sec of State".
