Staffordshire Transferware. Beautiful medium / dark blue pearlware soup plate. The pattern is the "Girl Musician". This was made by John and Richard Riley(1802-1828). This plate dates circa 1825. Marked only with a printed makers mark. The plate is in excellent condition. Other than a small no-harm chip on the back foot rim the plate is perfect. No other chips, cracks, or repairs. No staining or wear. Beautiful example. Measures almost 10".
