I am pleased to offer this 1830 stampless letter. The letter is from Ipswich to Baltimore. Please note the abbreviation of MS on cover. I believe it is from Ipswich Massachusetts, however, I have never seen that abbreviation before. You experts will know for certain. Letter is to a a Ship's Captain, and the content is regarding cost of goods or cargo. Condition is good. The seal has torn away a piece of the paper, and there is a small edge tear.
