In fact, very few items do. Unless your item specifically states "certificate included", you wont be receiving a certificate. We only ship to USA and internationally to Canada, Australia and the UK. USA postage - WE DO COMBINE USA SHIPPING. Please wait for your invoice. $3 up to $100 then $1 per $100 of value above $100. Worldwide: PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR INVOICE. Postage will be determined by amount. $4 for orders up to $39.99 in value and $12 above that. If international customers pay the wrong amount the payment will be refunded and you will be asked to pay the correct amount. All payments due within 10 days after close of auction/ listing! International customers can combine for longer but we must work out the particulars first. We do not accept returns on auctioned items. We are not an approval service. Our images may not be used without our permission. We do not cancel transactions whatsoever. If payment isn't received by 9th day of closing date, we file claims on 10th day with ebay.
