Hear is a really nice mineral water bottle or soda bottle ...this bottle was dug out of a bottle dump in panama years ago....a friend of mine told me it was dug on a 49'er trail near Fort San Lorenzo ... it is a beautiful cobalt blue color...no cracks or chips.... it does have a tiny flea bite on the mouth portion....but hardly noticeable ....may be from mfg? ...it has lots of bubbles in the glass....and one especially large bubble....I took several pictures....the bottle is nicer than the picts show.....it is embossed , ALBANY GLASS WORKS with a large letter D that is above the word NEW YORK ... on the other side it is embossed J & A DEARBORN underneath that the letters N. Y. I do not know a lot of bottle terminology, but any questions I will be glad to answer.....my friend that dug it said that it would tumble beautiful...it is either an iron pontil or graphite pontil....I do know it is gorgeous.....and dates to the 1840's ....it looks like it has some dirt or light stains inside....I tried to wash it out some....but I leave the rest to you bottle collectors....winning bidder pays 7.95 shipping in the USA ONLY... I have another pontil bottle that came from the same dump,it is a different style, I will be listing it soon also....Thanks!
