from an old part of the collection--this is not plated but the identification says each stamp has a value of $300--the color is a very deep and beautiful blue--the bottom margin includes part of another row of stamps the side margins are close and the op margins as well--see scans for margins--
The stunning feature of this strip is the 4 maltese cross cancels on only 3 stamps--very unusual--the back has never been hinged and is beautiful--the dark streak on the back corner is from a pencil--the stamp has the classic angel head glowing through the blue paper--no watermark that i can see but as mentioned i have no watermark tray since i am moving this collection i haven't invested in another one--relying on bright light and a good lens i can not see a watermark but the ink of the cancel coming through may be obscuring it--stunning strip--really.
