Known to have only existed in the Philadelphia directory in the year 1844, the pewter firm of "Boardman and Hall" produced some very tastefully fine items. Considering its age and beauty this teapot, purchased at an estate sale, is in very good condition. Its black handle and working flip top lid make this a prime collector's piece. This 7" teapot is inscribed on the bottom with "Boardman and Hall X Philadelphia". * Measures 7" tall, / 4" in diameter at bottom/ 9" across at widest point from handle to spout
