This is an excellent example of the 1846 Over Horizontal 6 half dollar in PCGS F15. This coin has outstanding eye appeal and is one of my favorite seated halves. Only 350 pieces are estimated to exist in all grades. PCGS CoinFacts lists only one example in F15 and only a meager seven pieces between the grades of F12 and VF35. I've only seen a few sell on ebay over the last five years and most of these were problem pieces. I personally feel that this date is very under-rated and falls under the category of 'find another one' - especially an excellent certified example in the mid-grades.
