SET OF 77 PIECES, 1847 ROGERS/INTERNATIONAL SILVER FIRST LOVE First Love silverplate flatware service for 12, a total of 77 pieces, as produced by 1847 Rogers / International Silver Company. The floral Art Deco First Love pattern was introduced in 1937 and was one of the all time most popular patterns produced by the company. All pieces are in good pre-owned condition & have little to no tarnish. One of the knives & a soup spoon has a very small spot which you can view in the photos, but both pieces are in good usable condition. This set comes with the original flatware box that is lined with a tarnish resistant cloth, and the following pieces: 12 Dinner Knives- 8 1/2" 12 DinnerForks- 7 3/4" 12 Salad Forks-6 7/8" 12 teaspoons-6 1/4" 12 individual butter knives-6 1/4" 11 round soup spoons-7" 1 sauce ladle-6" 3 oval serving spoons-8.5" 1 master butter knife-7" 1 meat fork-9"Wooden case has seen better days, but still works nicely for the purpose. Some of the finish is worn (colored polish should do the trick) & one of the hinges needs to be replaced. Shipping the flatware inside the box is optional.
