The book is bound in fine quality deep maroon velvet, with a gilt shield ' Church Services ' on the front. There is a brass clasp to secure the book closed, which is in perfect working order, and brass edges to the covers. It comes complete with a leather maroon velvet lined carry case, which has a maroon silk ribbon inside which is used to pull the book from the case. The book measures approximately 5" x 3.5" x 1.5" thick (127mm x 90mm x 39mm), and weighs 327g.unpacked.

All three of the closed page edges have a stunning and detailed gauffered edge design.

The book is in a superb, near mint condition, and the case is in excellent condition too, with just a little surface rubbing, but no damage, splits or tears.
