These are 2 documents that were found together concerning a gun dealer in New Orleans, La. The first is a two page advertising broadside from Imman Meffert, Manufacturer of Guns, Suhl Germany . The front page is the only one with anything printed. The other page is blank. The second document is 6 pages long (12 if you count the front & back) and binded together with a string. It appears to be written in French and the only thing I can read is John Parker and A. Soubie which is written at the top of one of the pages. Armand Soubie was a gun dealer in New Orleans before the Civil War. All items are original. I sell no reproductions.
