This is a great looking vintage mid 19thc Victorian era decorative item -original cast iron figural bust of singer Jenny Lind..Popular period enertainer that toured with Barnum in the 1850s,many Victorian homes displayed her image and likeness...This bust is all cast iron with nice details and original off white painted surface (looks pink in photos from the lighting but its white)Clean and intact with no breaks,cracks or damages,her finish has normal surface wear consistent with age and use...Jenny Lind measures 6 1/2" high and looks and displays nicely-great on a marble top table in a Victorian era parlor etc..Shes guaranteed old and authentic...shipping is via USPS for thier rate with no handling fees etc...check listing for other interesting 19thc history related Americana and military items...
