We are offering a very beautiful medal from Great Britain, the 1852 Ely Cathedral Medal, by J. Davis. This medal is listed in British Historical Medals 1760-1960, Volume 2 , by Brown as Number 2376. The medal is 60.85 mm in diameter and is made of silvered bronze (with a total weight of 3.261 ounces) J. Davis was a British engraver that was engraving medals at about the same time as Jacques Wiener. The medal has gorgeous engraved surfaces. This medal has beautiful satin silver surfaces. It is rare, especially in this condition, with gorgeous silvered surfaces, and would be a very nice addition to your collection.
