These are 6 wonderful antique primitive cooking utensils. The first photo shows them all in a group. The second photo you see shows them hanging from an antique buggy whip rack. This buggy whip rack is listed separately on ebay. The listing number is 190223121672 also listed in antique primitives. The buggy whip rack was used to display buggy whips in the harness shop in Midlothian, Texas in the late 1800s until around 1915. After that, the buggy whip rack went to the Anderson Ranch just outside of Midlothian. The rack was used to hang these cooking utensils until I bought both the rack and the utensils in the 1960s. They have been on display in my Old West museum since then. T are 6 iron utensils that have been blacksmith hand-forged, each one. Each one is in their original condition with no repairs or alterations. They are all in excellent condition. The six tools include an 18" ladle, the dipper measuring 5' diameter, a 2-prong fork that is 15" long, a 15" ladle that has a dipper measuring 2.5" diameter, a 4-prong fork which is 14" long and is made from one long piece, the piece twisted into the handle and then shaped into the prongs. T is also an 18" strainer, the strainer dipper is 4.5" in diameter. T is also a spatula that is 16" long, the flat spatula measures 4" the handle being 12" long. These 6 antique cooking utensils were used on the Anderson Ranch in the late 1800s and then hung on display in the ranch home from about 1915 until I acquired them. A wise collector would bid on both the antigue buggy rack and these antique cooking utensils to keep them together. Shipping will be combined on the both items. They will all be a rare and awesome addition to your antique cooking utensils collection, your primitive cast iron, blacksmith shop forged iron and your western americana collection. The rack and the utensils will be a grand addition in your country kitchen. Thanks for looking & Please email me any questions.
