Up for auction is a lot of 3 stamp albums I recently purchased at an estate sale in Tampa, FL. Really don't collect stamps and there are just to many research. Did my best counting the albums and due to time constraints I was only able to count one of the albums and I came out with a total of 7,894 stamps not including stamps located between pages in wax envelopes.
THIS IS ONLY ONE OF THE BOOKS. ESTIMATED OVER 20,000 STAMPS!!!!! THIS IS ESTIMATED ACTUAL COUNT COULD BE OVER 24,000 stamps. Not a stamp expert but will try to describe this collection as best as i can.
Stamps dates in album go back to the 1850's and 1860's and collection appears to stop around the late 1970's. The stamps are used and unused and consist air postage, postage due, occupation, Air mail, Semi postal, Parcel Post Tax, Official and Complete stamp sheets and so on. Just to many stamps to really even start.
Pics really no doing justice to this collection. Could have loaded hundreads of pictures but Ebay does not facilitate this item.
