Description This is an Amazing, Super Rare, Early pair of Confederate Civil War officer's uniform leggings/spats. These wonderful Old pieces have a Great, Early design, belonged to Major General Joseph Wheeler, were worn by him during the Civil War, are exceptionally Rare pieces to Find and would be a wonderful addition to any collection. These were originally aquired directly from Wheeler's Great-Grand Daughter and come with a copy of a letter from her, discussing the General & how the pieces in her possession came down through the family. If you will look at our feedback, you will see that we've sold 100's of Original, Period Civil War items, and those buyers have always been very pleased with authenticity. These appear to be in Very Good, Crisp condition, and display MUCH better than the picture shows. Terms Buyer to pay
