This is for an original ornate jewelled photo album, mostly full of photographs. This album measures about 9 x 7 x 3 inches and has jewels on the cover and two brass clasps. The binding part is missing, see photo. This is mostly full of photographs and tin types, maybe all from the same family. At least one of the photos is dated 1867 and another 1872, I didn't check any others. T is at least one photo of a man in uniform, it may be civil war. T is another of a dead infant, many of other living children. T are several calling cards like they used to drop off when visiting. This is 28 thick, two sided pages, most pages have slots for 4 photos per side and most have photos in them. T are a few empty slots. T are about 167 photographs or tin types and about 10 calling cards. T may be more as they are stuck in back to back in the slots and other cards and photos may be in the middle. This is a nice piece of American history. The inside of the front cover is inscribed but I cannot read it. T is an obit in the back for James Cunard, who died in 1926, who may be one of the younger people in the photographs. Buyer to please pay $8.60 flat rate priority delivery in US. I cannot be responsible for packages once they have been mailed. The photographs are easily removed without damage by sliding them out. About half of the ones I checked have names and dates on the back. One says" Mr Edgar P Wess, will be one year old on April the 12th, 1873". The dead child was aged 3 years, the death notice is on the back of the photo. T are many photos of children in this album.
