You are bidding on a beautiful circa 1860's Patriotic Order Sons Of America very ornate sword with scabbard. The condition of this very unusual sword is good to excellent it has very superficial rust on the scabbard. T is no rust on the ornate work. Please see the pictures. The leather on the handle is in excellent condition. All of the details on the handle are in excellent condition. The blade is in great condition with a few light bubbles in the nickle. The scroll work on the blade is just beautiful. The blade is not nicked and the blade point is sharp. On the blade it is engraved Camp # 47 and Commander W. C. Rowland the owner of this sword. This beautiful and very unusual sword would make a great addition to any collection. This type of sword is very difficult to find in this condition. Please contact me if you have any questions.
