Baudens (Inspector and member of the council of health of the French Armies, formerly surgeon in chief etc .etc.) Translated and annotated by Franklin B. Hough, M.D. Bailliere Brothers 1862 Entered according to Act of Congress, in the year 1862 by Bailliere Brothers. This old hard cover book measures approx. 5-½ x 7-5/8 inches and has 259 pages. Most pages are in good condition. At the back of the book t are aged water stains at the top inside pages, that get a little stronger as you get to the last pages of the book .T’s a note in pen on the first blank page. I can’t make it all out but I think it reads; “ Francis R. Lymann,(I’m not sure of the last name Lymann??, it could be something else. Its hard to make out. ) Bellevue Hospital House Phys. New York Sept. 5th 1862.” The old covers are faded and discolored at some areas and the covers are warped some The front cover doesn’t line up evenly with the back cover. With some weight on it , it may straighten out some.
