1865 Resolution Declaring Takeover "Rebel States" Dismounted dated resolution by Sumner declaring a Federal Takeover of state governments who were in rebellion to protect loyal citizens. These listings also continues the efforts liquidating a collection of autographed books and complete news magazine covers. The collector was an APIC member and retired minister, very active in his home state political affairs. He collected these mostly during the 1970's and 1980's.
