WOW!!! is an ORIGINAL hand written 1865 copy for one of the signatories of this charter! Rollin White developed the first pistol cylinder to accept a cartridge (first making it for the .22 cartridge and then the .32 not too long after that). He was an employee of Sam Colt and tried to sell the idea but Colt wasn't interested. Smith & Wesson saw the potential and wanted all rights. This is a historic document that addresses the comittee appointed for the stock holders of the Rollin White Arms Company. The signators were: 1) Willam H. Keith, President of the American Watch Company; 2) E.A. Birchard; and 3) Julius A. Palmer, P&B stock holders. This document states that the product, skill-full work, equipment, ledgers/books, and management are excellent and should expect to make a profit making it a good business prospect. 3 hand written pages (see scan). Folded (as in the 1st/gallery image) this measures 5 by 8 inches. Shipping includes insurance.
